ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. is the integrated Steel Company. The Company production consists of coke production and coke-chemical products production, hot liquid metal production, continuous casting production, Flat Products & Long Products production.
ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Ostrava a. s. is a 100 % Subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. It is the Producer of seamless and spiral-welded tubes and pipes and tubular products.
ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Czech Republic s. r. o. is a 100 % Subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. It organizes the activities related to the production of cold-rolled Flats & Longs.
ArcelorMittal Energy Ostrava s. r. o. is a 100 % Subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. It is the Generator of power media.
ArcelorMittal Engineering Products Ostrava s. r. o. is a 100 % Subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. It is the Producer of engineering products and castings.
The quality of the Products produced and services provided, incl. the environmental protection, H&S and serious accident prevention ranks among the highest priorities of the above-mentioned companies. The companies have introduced the certified system of integrated management under EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001 and under the Act No. 59/2006 Coll., the Serious Accidents Prevention Act as integral part of the management system. In the area of such MS up-holding and development, the companies hereby undertake:

| • | to improve satisfaction of the Customers and any Parties concerned in the area of the Quality of produced Products, processes and provided services; | |
| • | to enrich offered assortment as requested by the Customers while required Quality is adhered to; | |
| • | to prevent from pollution / contamination and to eliminate negative impacts of the Company production on the environment: | |
| - | to reduce the quantities of produced waste and to maximize by-products using as raw materials; | |
| - | to eliminate the quantities of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere including elimination of green-house gases production; | |
| - | to efficiently use and reduce the consumption of raw materials and powers; | |
| - | to – stepwise – remove the old environmental loads | |
| • | by prevention, to prevent from extraordinary events occurrence consequences of which might have negative impacts on health of Company Staff, the environment and Company assets; | |
